We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at wrappedbybows@outlook.com

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

As many of our products are handmade, curated, or prepared to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed. If work has already started on your order, we may be unable to accept a cancellation request.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and full name.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Where a cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
