Wrapped by Bows specialises in thoughtfully curated bookish gifts, including Blind Date with a Book packages, book sleeves, bookmarks, and other book-inspired accessories.
We take great care to ensure product descriptions and photographs accurately represent our products. However, colours and appearances may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
Many of our products include an element of surprise. When purchasing a Blind Date with a Book product, you understand that the book selection will be chosen by us based on the genre, theme, or options selected.
2. Orders & Payment
Once an order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
All orders must be paid for in full before they are prepared and dispatched. In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide a full refund where applicable.
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase, as changes may not always be possible once your order has been prepared.

We aim to dispatch all orders within the timeframe stated on our website.
While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays and busy periods.

Due to the personalised and curated nature of many of our products, we can only accept returns where an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds based on personal preference, including dissatisfaction with a book selection, as the surprise element is a key part of the experience.
